Processing Time
  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Custom Orders: Custom items, including but not limited to the Rod the Rat series, Grease Monkey series, Slim series, and V8Girl, may require additional processing time. Please allow minimum of 4 weeks for custom orders to be completed and prepared for shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the size, weight, and destination of the items in your order.
  • Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 4 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
  • International Shipping: We ship internationally. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
