General Information
At Big B Customs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are offered.
Returns
  • Eligibility for Returns: You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as custom-made products, personalized items, and clearance items, may not be eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom hood ornaments, sculptures (including the Rod the Rat series, Grease Monkey series, Slim series, and V8Girl), and other personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as when an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at bradh@bigbcustoms.com.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at bradh@bigbcustoms.com with details of the defect or damage, along with your order number and photos if possible.
Shipping Costs for Returns
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping for Exchanges: If you are approved for an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.
